INGREDIENTS: 1 head of iceberg lettuce, 3 scallions, 1 carrot (Shredded), 1 head of diced red cabbage, 1/3 bunch of dill, 3 celery stalks, 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese, 6 kalamata olives, 1 red tomato, 3 pepperocini.
DIRECTIONS: Slice iceberg & red cabbage. Chop scallions, celery, dill & tomatoes. Toss in large bowl with desired amount of Ayhan’s Mediterranean Salad Dressing. Garnish top of salad with tomato chunks, feta, olives & pepperocini.

INGREDIENTS: 3 cups diced red tomatoes, 1/3 cup chopped fresh dill, 1/3 cup diced red onions, 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese, 3 cups dices kirby cucumbers, 1/2 cup Ayhan’s Famous Lemon & Herb Dressing, salt & pepper to taste.
DIRECTIONS: Dice tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and chop dill. Toss with Ayhan’s Famous Lemon & Herb Dressing. Top with Feta cheese and add salt and black pepper to taste. Chill and serve with a smile!

DIRECTIONS: Slice romaine lettuce and chop scallions & dill. Toss with Ayhan’s Lemon & Herb Dressing. Top with Feta cheese, chill and serve with a smile!

INGREDIENTS: 1 cup red Israeli tomatoes (diced), 1 cup diced kirby cucumbers, 1/2 cup chopped flat leaf parsley, 2 cups cooked Israeli couscous, 1/2 cup Ayhan’s Famous Lemon & Herb Dressing.
DIRECTIONS: Dice tomatoes and cucumbers and chop parsley. Boil cous cous and strain. Mix all ingredients together and toss with Ayhan’s Lemon & Herb Dressing. (Its kosher!) Chill and serve with a smile!

INGREDIENTS: 1 lb Portobello Mushrooms, 2 oz Ayhan’s Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing.
DIRECTIONS: In a glass bowl sprinkle the Mushrooms with 2 ounces of Ayhan’s Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Char grill them on an open flame for 2 to 5 minutes and baste them while they are grilling with Balsamic Dressing.
PRESENTATION: Serve with rice, salad, or as side dish, and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS: 1 lb boneless chicken breast cubed into 1 inch squares, 12 cherry tomatoes, 12 onion cubes (1 inch square), 4 oz Ayhan’s Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing.
DIRECTIONS: In a glass bowl mix the cubed Chicken Breast with 4 ounces of Ayhan’s Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Divide ingredients and skewer, and then grill on hot charcoal to taste. Grill one side for about 8 minutes , then turn and grill the other side for 5 minutes. Baste with Balsamic Dressing for a juicy flavor. Baste with Balsamic Vinaigrette.
PRESENTATION: Serve with Rice or Salads and Enjoy!

DIRECTIONS: In a glass bowl mix the cubed Fish with 4 ounces of Ayhan’s Lemon & Herb marinade. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Divide ingredients and skewer, and then grill on hot charcoal. Baste with Lemon & Herb Dressing while cooking one side for 8 minutes , then turn and cook the other side for about 5 minutes.

DIRECTIONS: In a glass bowl mix the Shrimp with 4 ounces of Ayhan’s Lemon & Herb marinade. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Divide ingredients and skewer, and then grill on hot charcoal. Baste while cooking one side for about 8 minutes, then turn the Kebab over and grill for 3 to 5 minutes.

INGREDIENTS: 1 head romaine lettuce (cut in half), 1 oz crumbled feta cheese, 1 oz Horio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tsp Baktat dried dill, 2 oz Ayhan’s Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
DIRECTIONS: Baste lettuce with olive oil. Grill on open flame on one side for 3 minutes and turn over and grill for 2 minutes until lettuce is wilted. Remove from grill to flat serving plate and sprinkle with feta cheese, Ayhan’s Balsamic Vinaigrette and dry dill.
PRESENTATION: Serve on flat plate.

INGREDIENTS: 1 head romaine lettuce (cut in quarters), 2 oz crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese, 2 oz Ayhan’s Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, 2 oz Horio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tsp Baktat dried dill, 1 oz Ayhan’s Famous Walnut Halves, chopped
DIRECTIONS: Baste lettuce with Horio Olive Oil. Open flame grill one side for 3 minutes then turn over and grill the other side until the lettuce is wilted. Place on flat plate and sprinkle with crumbled gorgonzola cheese, dried dill, chopped walnuts and Ayhan’s Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing.
PRESENTATION: Serve on flat plate.

INGREDIENTS: 1 sliced medium zucchini, 1 medium sliced carrot, 1 large red or yellow pepper (chopped), 10 ounces chopped romaine lettuce, 6 oz Ayhan’s Famous Lemon & Herb Dressing.
DIRECTIONS: Baste all vegetables with 3 ounces of Ayhan’s Lemon & Herb Dressing. Open flame grill them for 3 minutes, then cube them into 1 inch pieces. Toss the lettuce with 3 ounces of Ayhan’s Lemon & Herb Dressing. Serve the grilled veggies on top of the lettuce on a flat platter.

INGREDIENTS: 4 halved plum tomatoes, 12 asparagus, 8 medium shrimp, 4 oz Ayhan’s Famous Lemon & Herb Dressing.
DIRECTIONS: Baste vegetables and Shrimp with 2 ounces of Ayhan’s Famous Lemon & Herb Dressing. Open flame grill them for 5 minutes on each side. Remove to cutting board and cut them into 1/2 inch pieces. Toss all ingredients with 2 ouces of Ayhan’s Lemon & Herb dressing.
PRESENTATION: Serve on a large platter.

INGREDIENTS: 3 oz chicken breast cut into 1″ cubes, 3 tbsp Ayhan’s Famous Lemon & Herb Dressing, 3 medium mushrooms, 3 onion pieces cut into 1″ cubes, 6 grape tomatoes
DIRECTIONS: Marinade chicken cubes with Ayhan’s Lemon & Herb Dresssing in glass bowl and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Arrange chicken cubes, mushrooms, onions and grape tomatoes on skewer. Grill or broil in 500 degree oven for 7 minutes on each side. Serve over salad greens of your choice.

INGREDIENTS: 4 oz lean lamb cubed into 6 pieces, 1/2 cup diced ripe tomato, 1/2 cup diced kirby cucumber, 2 tbsp Ayhan’s Famous Lemon & Herb Dressing, 1 cup chopped raw spinach, 2 tbsp Ayhan’s Lite Mediterranean Vinaigrette Dressing
DIRECTIONS: Marinade lamb cubes with Ayhan’s Lemon & Herb Dressing and place in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Arrange lamb cubes on a skewer and grill for 5 minutes on each side OR bake at 450 degrees until cooked thoroughly, about 10 minutes. Toss all other ingredients with Ayhan’s Lite Vinaigrette and serve lamb kebabs on top.

INGREDIENTS: 3 oz filet of flounder, 2 oz chopped sun dried tomato, 1/2 tsp tomato paste, 2 tsp chopped dill, 1 tsp diced garlic cloves, 2 tbsp Ayhan’s Famous Lemon & Herb Dressing, 1/2 cup water
DIRECTIONS: Place flounder in casserole or baking pan. In separate bowl, mix tomato paste with water. Add remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over flounder and bake at 450 degrees until tender, about 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS: 1 cup diced kirby cucumbers, 3 oz fat free plain yogurt, 1 diced garlic clove, 1 tsp Krinos dried mint, salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS: Combine yogurt, garlic and mint in glass bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour yogurt mixture over diced cucumber and chill in refrigerator.
