Following a Mediterranean diet was found to reduce erectile dysfunction, according to scientists at the University of California-Irvine:
Researchers reviewed 28 different studies looking at links between diet and a man’s sexual health.
They found “evidence exists” linking the two, suggesting what a bloke chomps on throughout the day can have an effect on his performance between the sheets at night.
The authors of the study, published in Sexual Medicine Reviews, said: “Erectile dysfunction appears to lessen in men adhering to the Mediterranean diet.
Now a new study has found blokes who eat a Mediterranean diet can help improve their performance between the sheets
“Obese and overweight men who lose weight through low fat, low calorie diets seem to have improvements in their erectile function and testosterone levels.”
